How the birth chart is calculated
See what PanditOne calculates, what Groq explains, and how the chart handles location, time zones and unknown birth times.

Birth details and the calculation engine
Choose a birth date, local birth time and a location from the place picker. The selected place supplies coordinates and a time zone. Mystic Seeker sends those calculation inputs to PanditOne and displays the returned chart. Check the location carefully, especially when different towns share the same name.
Read the calculation settings
The chart includes the provider's engine version, ayanamsa, house system and available node settings. Ayanamsa describes the offset used for a sidereal zodiac. Charts produced with different zodiac, house or node settings can differ; compare those settings before comparing interpretations.
Calculated data and AI explanation
PanditOne supplies the chart data and provider analyses. Groq powers the conversational explanation using a bounded selection of chart context. AI wording can be mistaken or incomplete. Check it against the visible placements and evidence. If the AI service cannot respond, the interface identifies its fallback guidance rather than claiming an AI answer succeeded.
Unknown time and privacy
Selecting 'Exact time unknown' produces provisional placements using the provider's assumed-time calculation. Time-dependent houses, ascendant, divisional readings, strengths, guna balance and precise timing are withheld. Personal chart results are not published as indexable pages. Start new chart clears this browser's current chart, birth details and conversation; it is not a request to erase any service-side records.
